3 months agoDo yourself a favor, find another fast food option. Half hour wait in a super hot environment for barely edible food, when you literally could have had a steak or some pasta somewhere else for the same price by the time all the toppings are added to the bill. Had to ask for my cheese on my fries because I noticed it wasn't on them and I didn't get my cheese on sandwich but didn't realize til I had left. I should have asked because I heard the "cook" ask someone what provalone was.

4 months agoUnterirdisch! Einmal Fries und einmal Loaded Fries bestellt. Das einzig Essbare war der Bacon. Ansonsten waren die Pommes matschig und teilweise noch nicht richtig frittiert. Die Hälfte ist im Müll gelandet. So schlechte Pommes habe ich noch nie gegessen! Mit den Leuten am Flughafen kann man es ja machen. Die kommen im Zweifel eh nicht wieder. Wenn man null Sterne vergeben könnte wären es tatsächlich 0 Sterne.

5 months agoSo many people waiting it was hard to get to the kiosk to order. The cook had no pep in her step. She wasn't cleaning the grill between orders and only cooking two steaks at a time on a big flattop. A customer before us told the manager to get the grill cleaned. So a guy from the back came and scraped all the burnt on meat. It was disgusting to look at. She also failed to oil. Some people have allergies and because she wasn't cleaning as she went some subs got onions that didn't want them. The overall taste was good, but we got ours after they scraped. We waited at least a half hour for one sub 😞

8 months agoCouldn't even eat the food. The cook was touching the raw meat and the finished sandwich without changing his gloves. The other cook was touching his glasses and food without changing them.

a year agoIf you’d like a bowl of slop seasoned with some disdain then this is the place for you. The staff are unhappy and unhelpful. The philly cheesesteak is bland and dry. The chilli cheese fries were soggy. Don’t go here, not only is the food and service left wanting, it’s very expensive for what you get.

2 years agoFood is okay but be prepared to wait 30+ minutes for it to be ready. There were only like 3 people ahead of me but things are run terribly inefficient. This goes for most of the “fast food” stands.
